Real estate is hard! New agents need a road map and a game plan to succeed. At Dreamline Realty, our agents are set up for success from day one. We believe in equipping our agents with all of the tools and technology to get them off the ground quickly!
We provide each agent with an intense 60 day coaching and training program, and approximately 75 leads per month. This allows them to reach their goals faster...versus trying to figure it all out themselves. Every agent is expected to close 20 deals in their first year and make $80K - $100K doing it. Yes, that is easily attainable on our team! Then, the sky is the limit from there!

The Past and the Road Ahead
Dreamline Realty was born in July of 2016. We did four transactions that year. In 2020, we leaped to 98 transactions. We'll reach 125 transactions in 2021, even in a Covid challenged market. But it's never been about the number of houses we sell. It's always been about our mission to positively impact the lives of our clients. We know if we get this right, everything else will take care of itself.
The amazing team at Dreamline Realty is what makes this ride so special. We set big goals in 2016 and we're just getting started. Having a company with hundreds of employees was never our vision. Our objective was to keep the company small and be able to provide individualized attention and an awesome opportunity for the one's that fit our culture. We envisioned an environment where 15 agents could THRIVE, easily selling 30 to 50 houses per year while creating a life that provided Time, Money, and Stress Freedom. And the same goes for the Operations Team that really makes the magic happen!

Meet the Owner

Who Am I?
I'm Brian Taylor and I'm the CEO/Owner of Dreamline Realty. Since 2016, my team and I have impacted the lives of hundreds of people through the purchase or sale of their home. Our mission is to provide our clients with an enormous amount of knowledge and equip them with all of the critical tools to ensure they have a stress-free and a hassle-free experience.
Born and raised in the Buffalo, NY area, I moved to Charlotte in 1996. Upon my arrival, I spent 13 years as a mortgage loan officer and gained a deep understanding of that side of the business. I always had a dream to start a real estate company, and in 2016 Dreamline Realty was born and we haven't looked back. I've personally closed over 300 transactions, and in 2019, I did 68 deals myself. I don't tell you that to impress you. I tell you that because we've built great systems and processes to help any agent do the same.
Our sole purpose is to deliver our clients a world-class level of service while exceeding their expectations. That's why "Going Above and Beyond What's Expected - Every Time!" is our top Core Value.
I am married to my wife, Kristin and have three amazing children and one grand baby.
When I'm not working, you can find me on the golf course, fishing a nearby lake, reading a business book, or throwing a tennis ball to my Golden Retriever.
