Meet Brian Taylor
Brian Taylor is the CEO and Owner of Dreamline Realty in Charlotte, NC. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Brian graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management before moving to Charlotte in 1996.
After a highly successful career in mortgage banking and a Master's Degree in Finance, he obtained his real estate license in 2003 to chase his life-long dream of building a real estate company....but not just any real estate company! The vision Brian had for Dreamline Realty was to promise his clients a world-class, Ritz-Carlton experience that left them saying “Wow.” After reading hundreds of testimonials, it is evident that the promise is being delivered.
Brian is married to his wife Kristin, and has three children - Kayla, Noah, and Olivia. When not at work or with his family, you'll find him reading a business book, playing golf, fishing a nearby lake, or throwing a tennis ball to his Golden Retriever. And of course, cheering on his Buffalo Bills!!
Meet Will Simoneaux
Will Simoneaux was born outside Atlanta, Georgia (Go Braves!) and moved to North Carolina in 2007. He spent his high school and college career working his way to Assistant Manager at Autobell, and later obtained a degree in Business Administration. Will is a go-getter and enjoys staying busy. His determination and motivated personality provides clients with great customer service and making time to assist them in the best way possible for their needs. The limitless opportunities real estate has to offer, and helping clients achieve the life-long goal of home ownership is something he takes pride in doing each day.Â
Will started his real estate career working hand in hand with his wife Kayla, before starting their family. The two got married in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming during the summer of 2020. They now have three children - Kaden, Rylan, and Austyn who keep them on their toes! During his free time, you can find Will spending time with his family, playing baseball with his kids, and traveling and camping. With a love for the outdoors and exploring new places, he is always looking for somewhere to go next!
